Despite that, on your persistent requests, we formulated a new set of rules to accommodate not-so-serious dealers such as yourself. Thats actually a favor! And acting on the request of the community, of which you are a part of too. Besides, should that (as in bending the rules for your sake) be treated by other members of DP as 'being partial' to you? Only after we had modified our Terms & Conditions to accommodate you as a dealer, did we offer similar payment options to the other dealers as well.

3. When you signed up to Dealer's paradise, you have agreed to have 5 GOs per month. It just means you may have 5 GOs (running) per month. That is what was clarified in the subsequent PM I sent you. A

4. As someone said, "TE isn't an online extension to your offline business." If
you wish to register here as a dealer by paying the fees, it is
your will. You are not forced upon to do so. Infact, TE is giving
you an opportunity. That doesn't mean
you are doing TE a favour. Members get to benefit,
you get to profit and TE ensures only serious dealers are given the opportunity.

5. We do not give receipts, nor have we mentioned the same anywhere. However, once the payment is received, a prompt PM is sent to the dealer member confirm the same.

The PM you received from me that have quoted in your first post was sent on 25th Feb 2008. The moving of old threads to Closed Deals section was carried out on 29th Feb 2008. As you can see, the moving of your GO threads to Closed Deals section is not as dramatic nor as sudden as you seem to have projected here. You were given ample time to get the same clarified and when you chose to keep mum, we did (had to) do the needful. You dont say you were not aware of your earlier threads being moved to the Closed Deals section, do you? Atleast that is what you seem to say by starting a thread with ".. and doing stuff without
Notification."
Even as we speak, I see you have 7 GO threads open. So, who's circumventing the rules here?

@ Amarbir, we are not here to entertain your business potentials. If you see a good opportunity in helping the community by bringing out good deals to the members, the community benefits from it. How you go about your business is none of our concern. You (as in all dealers) have requested for an opportunity to sell, and the platform for same is provided. With a set of rules in place. Its your (as in all dealers') wish to stick to it or carry on without being a part of it.

By that logic, you may as well sell as an individual on ebay! TE is never going to be a Dealer-favoring platform - read that as we are not here to help you maintain a healthy sales book. Dealer's Paradise was created for serious dealers who want to bring good deals to the community. I do not see any reason to be flexible when 3 other regd dealers are comfortable with the Terms & Conditions. Inspite of that, we have accepted your requests and willingly amended / twisted / favored the Terms & Conditions to suit yourself. It would be highly unfair on the other dealers who are paying what is asked of them when they see a fellow dealer getting unfair advantage. Hence the rules.
