PC Peripherals urgent : epson tx 121 cartridge trouble

Please help me out .

I am not able to figure out how to put the blue and the black cartridge .

The refilling box refuses to move .

In the manual it says put on cartridge and press the red button .

But it moves and comes back to the same position

Please tell me urgently what to do

In windows , right click on your printer and click " printing preferences " , in "maintenance " tab choose " ink cartridge replacement" and follow the on screen instructions

Thanks a lot for replying .

The epson manual is confusing for me . It says insert the cyan cartridge and press the red button so the cartridge box will move . It moves but it gets back to the default position , Its difficult to insert the fourth or the black cartridge even after manually moving the cartridge box to the left , I dint try too much or I might damage the printer .

Please if you know the proper detailed procedure , kindly tell me .

Its ridiculous that the method mentioned in the Manual doesnt work perfectly ! .
