That's 30% extra dude. More than what even VCC services charge.

@OP The best way to do is to take help of your friends, or your parents if they have a credit card. I did the same a few weeks back.
 
Since Indians can't store paypal cash, i suggest u get an entropay or us unlocked card and load some funds in a us verified paypal account.

Thanks for all your opinions guys appreciate it, but decided to bail on the deal as i just found out that AT&T has increased their security & now AT&T unlock rates are skyhigh :(
