Urgent recommendations for a 6k PnS Camera!

Can't exceed more than 6.5k.
Maximum outdoor usage.
Battery backup should be good.
720p video recording.
With maximum features available in this price range including night mode.
Atleast 5x Optical zoom.
 
OP good thread, I myself thinking of starting same thread as I myself looking for P&S in this price range. Today I researched and read some reviews and found the following model good in this range. I will request other members aswell if they have used any good camera in this segment and found good please let us know.

These both are good Canon has AA battery which can shoot upto 1100 shots in one charge when using optical view finder but it does not have IS. On the other hand Panasonic has good IS.
