CPU/Mobo Urgent! Reqd configuration for CAD

My old AMD-athlon MB fried and I am looking for new config. I have following options
AMD Phenon II 555 BE Vs AMD Phenom IV Vs Intel I3
Budget is 20-25 K.(CPU-Excluding Monitor)
Kindly give ur comments for suitability for CAD apps/(modeling+ rendering).
Suitable MB for Phenom,i3,
Best Graphics card
Since I have not kept abreast of market trends, ur views appreciated

for rendering see if you can afford x6 1055t......
For rendering more cores are better
also good amd mobos are cheaper than intel ones

coolermaster 310 + 400w fsp saga = 3000

500gb hdd = 2000

well

graphics card 9500gt @ 2500

total about 26k !

get athlon II x4

and for gpu get 4770 if u game
