[URGENT] Share Internet Connection on LAN

Ok friends, Here is my problem defination:

I've 5 PC's connected to each other over LAN using a Switch.

LAN is working fine. I can access the Shared Drives over LAN.

Now on PC-1, I've two NIC's. One for LAN and other one is used to connect to Inetnet.

Now I want to share the internet connection over LAN. So that any PC's connected to LAN can access Internet.

Please help me.

I want something more too if possible. I've heard of proxy server. I don't have much idea. I want something that each PC on LAN can access internet via PC-1 such that but I want to restrict them(exclude some websites which they can't visit) and monitor the sites they are visiting.

Please help me out. It's really urgent.

Well use one terminal where you are receiving internet as proxy server...it's very easy to setup...there is a software call CCProxy...using this you can set up proxy server...

But I need more help too. So you are saying me to set up proxy server on PC-1(on which I've internet connection). So after that how would I access the connection from other PC's over LAN??
