Storage Solutions Urgent suggestion 1.5tb HDD + casing - buying today PLZ frnds PLz

hi,

after all got some money to spend on my dream storage point hyeah: :hap2: .

max bugdet 10k (but can get instalment arranged) bcz i want it to be storing all my torrent movies, songs, books, tv serials , video recordings done by me.

a hell lot of data - that's why reliabilty is of utter :ashamed: importance.

i wanna carry it with me most of the time in my car, as i am on the move all the time.

plz suggest me the best casing to get in my darling :bleh: HDD(delhi preferable)

it's a buy for me till next five years....:tongue:

Better go for an external HDD.

Western Digital My Book 1TB : Rs. 5.8k

Western Digital My Book 500GB : Rs 3.5k

WD My Book comes in 1.5 TB and 2TB editions too but I am not sure about the prices, most probably they would be in access of 10k.

You can also try Seagate Freeagent External HDD as they are cheaper then WD and have more warranty. But I would personally go with WD.

^Yes I am talking about the external My book Hdd. Correct me if I am wrong but that was the price when I last checked. Seagate I TB external is even cheaper.

EDIT : Its 115$ on Newegg, should be about the same in India too.
