PC Peripherals Urgent Suggestions Required for PC

Hi team,
Require you help in choosing a Pc for personal gaming and multimedia.i have butget of max about 40K(including LCD monitor)

i have some configration from one my collegue for the same but not able to judge which one to go.

Details:

For Intel configration:
================
Mother board: Asus P5KVM
Processor:Intel E8400 3.0GHZ
Ram:1GB DDR2(800mhz)(transcend)
HDD:500 GB (Sata)(Segate)
GPU:Ge-force Nividia 8800(512 mb)

For AMD:
=======
Mother board: Asus SLI
Processor:AMD Qudra-4 9850
Ram:1GB DDR2(800mhz)(transcend)
HDD:500 GB (Sata)(Segate)
GPU:Ge-force Nividia 8600(512 mb)

can some one suggest which one to Go or any one have some Good configration instead of the above.

suggestions are most welcome.

Instead you should look for something like this:-
1- E8400-8k

2- Any decent P35 Biostar,Abit IP35E 4/5k

3- 2x1 GB DDR2 800MHz ram(transcend)- 1.8k

4- Corsair 450VX 450w PSU - 3.4k

5- 19" LCD LG/Samsung- 8.5k

6- 500GB HDD WD/Seagate- 3.4k

7- ATI 4850 GPU- 9k

8-KB + Mouse- .5k

Above Config should come around 40k:)
 
Can any tell me which Mother board suits for E8400 and what is performance/reviews of this processor even.

suggestions are welcome
 
e8400 one hell of an ocker...ppl did 5ghz on dis one....great for gaming and with all the instruction set sse4.1 too.

get a good ocking board a p35 chipset, asus p5q/ biostar tp45 wud b good choice...

get gskill rams for ocking. and a sunbeam ccf...

adjust these in ur budget accordingly.
 
what would be price of the boards.which would you suggest the best.

biostar tp45 -?

will they be available in hyderabad.

ASUS P5Q - 7,500
p35 is a chipset, not a brand. The Abit IP35-E would cost you around 5-5.5k. Don't know about availability of this board in Hyderabad, I'm using this board right now and it's quite excellent.
Biostar TP45D2-A7 - 4,500
You can also get Biostar TP43D2-A7 board for cheaper.
MSI P43 board is also not a bad choice, approx. cost 5k

Do not get 8600GT, it won't provide good performance. Invest in a Palit Radeon HD4850 for ~9.5k. If you are not getting a good deal locally, you can contact some of the online dealers over here.

Please read the PC buying guide carefully, there is a 45k rig option there, delete all the components that you do not require (such as the UPS, keyboard etc.) and see for yourself.
 
hi guys,
i tried getting the abit ip35e and boistart p35 board but could not get any of them.could some suggest me any other with in the range or 4-5k.

Only Biostar's P35 mobo is in range. For around 6K you will get MSI- 45 NEO F or Gigabyte EP35-DS3P

I have not tried anything yet... in fact yet to put the system in place. But this mobo belongs to Speed series of Gigabyte and was a premium product when P35 was all new and latest.
