IMHO consider buying leadtek winfast tv 2000 xp global for 2500...its has 10 bit ADC (im have this & its definitely worth 2.5k...i bought it from "top notch infrotonics" NP)
but if u are looking for sub 1.5k then look for techcom ssd tv 670...9 bit SAA 7130 ADC
