Urgently need advice for impulsive TV purchase ~80-90k

2. Viewing distance.

~15 feet

3. Sources/inputs such as HD DTH/consoles/stand-alone media players etc.

Airtel DTH, Sony Theater System, Xbox 360

4. Preference for plasma TV/LCD TV/LED-LCD TV.

LED TV

5. Preference for brands.

Only Sony or Samsung

6. Willing to purchase it from the grey market?

Retail Stores (Croma , Reliance)

7. Ambient lighting conditions of the room.

Not sure what to say. Medium lighting. Not too bright.

8. Any other feature you are looking for such as 3D support on the HDTV, DLNA capabilities etc.

Don't want 3D. Just a good non-3D TV.

9.Other info -

Mainly looking at Samsung UA46ES5600 46" & sony bravia KDL-46EX650

Size limit 46 inches( TV has to be less than 109cm in length). Buying tomorrow so give me your valuable inputs. Pros and Cons of the sony and samsung TVs I mentioned.

What do you guys think? Seemed like a good deal. Retail outlets were selling this for 99,990/-. Flipkart was selling for 92,000 plus they are also giving BluRay player, 3d bluray movie and movie collection free. So it seemed like an awesome deal.
