US 13/ Euro 47 formal shoes online? (Or offline in Chennai or Trichy?)

• I need a pair of formal shoes as my old 'Size 12' loafer that i got couple of years ago is worn out. The brand is Atlas and cost me ~1.6k or so back then. It was a decent fit.
  
• My Nike that I got from US says US 13, Euro 47.5 and its almost a perfect fit for my foot.
  
• My foot says Size 12 or so in BATA shoe size checker and is about ~11.5" according to my measurement at home.
  
• Is there any place in Chennai where i can get such a size? Unable to get Euro 47 formals in Yebhi and I dont want to spend 3k online and end up with shoes that doesn't fit well.
  
• One more problem is my foot is a bit wide. So narrow models doesn't fit. Prefer loafers to laced ones.
  
• Budget: 1.5k-3k

My friend also need a pair of sports shoes for daily use. Size 13 (Bata). Budget 1.5k (2K max). Any brands / place in Mumbai?
