I am planning to buy a new PC (corei7 based) within the next 3 months.

Should I buy a motherboard with USB 3.0 support?

Is there any reliable motherboard within the price range of 10,000 to 15000 with USB 3.0support?

Unless you plan to upgrade your mobo again soon, it's always better to go with one that's future proof i.e. usb3.

^Would you mind sticking to a single thread instead of creating multiple ones each time you desire to buy a new board? Or do you invest in a new Core i7 based PC every 3~4 months?

Apologies if I sound a bit rude but please stick to a single thread and avoid redundancies!

As for your query, it would be worthwhile to invest in a board which features USB 3.0 + SATA 3.0 unless you decide to switch to such a board later. Most enthusiast segment boards do feature USB 3.0 and SATA 3.0 ports. For instance, Gigabyte X58A-UD3R rev. 2.0. Costs about 13.5k.

PS: Please use descriptive titles as well.
