USB Fan for summer purpose

Hi

I need a usb fan for human-cooling purpose. Thing is there is no electricity during the night for 3-4 hours straight. During that time I sleep and the inverter battery also lasts for just 30mins. So I sleep in sweat. Is there such a thing as USB fan which I can run through my laptop battery?
