USB sound card will work with Dell T320 server?

Hi folks,

Just wanted to know if one of the cheap USB sound card devices will enable audio to work on a Dell T320 "server" machine which does not have audio card or chipset on the mobo?

Yes it will. These USB devices have the entire audio DAC/chipset on them, so they do not rely on anything existing on the motherboard.
