USB Wifi for 100Mbps FTTH Connection

Hi, i have recently moved to Airtel Xfiber 100Mbps FTTH from Bsnl.Currently i have tplink wn823n and i use it on my desktop with USB 3.0 port.... maximum it reaches to 20Mbps

Please suggest me if anyone is using which model so that i can achieve my actual bandwidth 100Mbps,i watched some videos is tplink t4u ac1300 is what required?and also will tplink t2u ac600 will also work?
 
I use a T3U mini and get 250Mbps speeds compared to 300Mbps on LAN. You need a USB 3.0 port for it though. I use a Netgear R7000 as the Router btw
