For 30K you can get a good config first hand laptop....

Look for Ezone offer of Lenovo G450 , comes for 30K with Carry case and One Olympus 12 Mp camera..

Also Check out this week ebay deal

You can get brand new Acer 5738z with 2.2Ghz dual core, 3GB RAM and 320GB HDD for 26.5k
You can get a Samung R-528 2.2Ghz dual core, 2GB RAM and 250GB HDD for 23k

Even u can get the Acer 5740 with i-330, 3GB RAM and 320GB HDD for 30k.

When go for an used one when u have the budget :S
 
@Darkangel ~ Thanks for the wonderful suggestions but I like to upgrade things frequently. So, Maybe i can get used one under 30k which costs Rs.50k brand new :) Correct me if i am wrong.
