Upon observing the repeated violation of rules by a few members, we have taken the decision to ban two members w.e.f. 7th April 2006 (11PM):

1. goldenfrag - For 2 Weeks
2. V!RU$ - Permanent Ban

The reasons for the same are pretty obvious and dont need to be disclosed. We will not entertain any queries on official level for the same. The banned members and especially the temporary banned members are expected not to create alternate IDs. If we discover that they are using alternate IDs, we will ban them permanantly with a possible IP Ban.

We are keeping track of other members who had violated the rules in the past. This message can serve as a mild warning for them to stay within the rules in the future to prevent any action against them.

We would be lifting the ban soon on both the users. Reduced it considerably for both of them w.e.f. 9th April '06 (11AM).

We at TechEnclave have never really stopped anyone from spamming or having fun however we also expect you all not to go overboard. Also try not to flame other members.
One of the most important rules of this community is - If you find something offensive then report the post rather than taking it into your hands to 'put down the member'.

We hope they would acknowledge the move and behave more sensibly this time.
