users with most infractions

Preeto it was not like a Mod banned you knowingly .. What must have happnd is that when u recieved infraction points for Spam(as reported by Gannu) th total tally of ur points would have been greater than 10 which would have resulted in a Auto ban .. I am sure this mis understanding can be cleared up .. dont hold any grudges and enjoy!!
 
yes dats wat i was saying, y my post was reported as spam!!

the mod gave me an infraction for that

and total infractions points exceded 10 n auto ban!!

no grudges against anyone here!!

1) Posting in hindi or pujabi is not allowed,
2) You arent allowed to do balle balle in market threads or anyother thread than the general section..
3) You dont take hits against persons reporting your posts, its indecent, and downright cheap..
4) Try to find faults in your self, and not others, this wil help you in the ling run,

You mean we will get infraction after using our official language (Hindi) of the republic of India,this does not seems fair.

Is this rule on TE ?

Official language or not, the government does not force folks to learn the language.

TE while representative of Indian tech enthusiasts, definitely aspires for more. Posting in English is preferable since it is much much more widely understood and accepted.

Official Language - The Union - Profile - Know India: National Portal of India

Article 343(1) of the Constitution provides that Hindi in Devanagari script shall be the Official Language of the Union. Article 343(2) also provided for continuing the use of English in official work of the Union for a period of 15 years (i.e., up to 25 January 1965) from the date of commencement of the Constitution. Article 343(3) empowered the parliament to provide by law for continued use of English for official purposes even after 25 January 1965. Accordingly, section 3(2) of the Official Languages Act, 1963 (amended in 1967) provides for continuing the use of English in official work even after 25 January 1965. The Act also lays down that both Hindi and English shall compulsorily be used for certain specified purposes such as Resolutions, General Orders, Rules, Notifications, Administrative and other Reports, Press Communiqués; Administrative and other Reports and Official Papers to be laid before a House or the Houses of Parliament; Contracts, Agreements, Licences, Permits, Tender Notices and Forms of Tender, etc.
