UT3 slow loading

Hi, when I click on UT3 to play, it takes long time to get into the Intro screen(Epic copyright page blah blah) .. Nearly a minute or so. Is there any tweak to improve this???

p.s: other games(crysis etc) all load normally. Even the demo version on my p4 machine took a long time to load as well :S ..

Arun, it usually takes some time to load UT3 from the click of the icon;

Not an issue I guess; But a minute seems li'l too much; [Defragment the HDD partition where the game's loaded to improve loading times; ]
