Utorrent not working

I have YOUTELECOM broadband

Dynamic ip - 192kb/s unlimited connection.

Earlier i had Static ip & utorrent used to work normal.

I've the latest version of utorrent.

QUeries -

1.Is it due to the dynamic ip?

2.I tested for port access and it is showin normal (check caps below)

3.Do i've 2 chage some settings as now i've dynamic ip and not static?

4.Can i discuss utorrent issue with youtelecom telecallers helpline or is it 'illegal' to discuss about torrents or p2p sharing with ISP providers?

Pls help, cos i recently changed my 92kb/s plan to 192kb/s plan for better speed on torrents and if this aint working, then i may as well cancel my plan.

It's legal to discuss p2p issues. but donot discuss about the illegal stuff if you are downloading.

Your screenshot says that port is open then ideally utorrent should work.

Check your connection settings and other parameters. More or less it's seems to be problem on your side.

no firewall no security at all.
what kind of issue are u exactly talking about??

does it simply refuse to download or something?

If u c the 1st screenshot, it is not showing the green symbol which denotes that the connection is normal.then it is showing only 1 node.The download files have red icon and not blue.

I suggest you'd better change ur provider.
such low speeds are a waste of electricity consumed by ur desktop if its a download rig

the seeds r not the issue, cos for testing i selected torrents from mininova with seed : peer ratio 5:1, the torrent was perfect.
 
Your port forwarding settings are not in order, hence the above mentioned error.

you should call the helpline and ask them from where to set PORT FORWARDING,

You should place a setting to port forward port number '64016' (in your case)

OR

Tell us the modem/router model number, if its a known one. Else, paste the screenshot of your modem Configuration UI, we can guide you by judging the screenies.

its working now.i uninstaleed n reinstalled u torrent.
