I have a big collection of old VHS videos lying around, now should i buy a TV tuner or a capture card to convert them to DVD. And which one ?

There are many VFM cards from Avermedia, but getting confused about what to buy. PCI or PCI-E ? TV tuner or capture card ??
 
a tv tuner card can do ur bit.and buy a USB interface so that u can use it with laptop and pc both.
