I am looking to buy an used Video Card..
Budget - 10-12K
I can spend more if needed..

PC Configuration :
Motherboard - As Rock Z87 Extreme4
CPU - Intel Core i5 4430
Power Supply - Corsair HX650 Gold
RAM - Corsair 8GB
Hard-Drive - WD Caviar Black 2TB

you better get a new one then .. preferably HD7870 / HD7870 XT. [ 16-18k ]
