Other Video freezing/ lagging/ jerking/ pausing while recording and playing

How many of you have experienced Video freezing/ lagging/ jerking/ pausing while recording and playing on cellphones and digicams ?

In my personal experience it happens if the device memory is empty or full. But if the memory is partially filled up to certain percent then such issues doesn't occur.

And what can we do to already captured videos having such issues ?? Coz I have numerous such moments captured but it seriously sucks while viewing such videos as it pauses for a second or fraction and it isn't smooth as it should be.. Can the videos be made smooth again after doing some editing stuff ??

that means the sd card is hitting the io bandwidth. trying to move to a better sdcard such as class 10 would solve the problem. editing at a lower bit rate is possible using handbrake etc... but its too time consuming that its not worth it.

Nope its my cells inbuilt mass memory. It happens with other phone models as well having onboard mass memory and digicams.
