Found this tool after watching "Cell Guru" on NDTV :P

I haven't tried it on my phone yet.. :)

Ya at review on Cell Guru the pricing was told to be abut Rs 350 so I think its not that costly :P but its only for Windows based mobiles :P aka Smartphone :P
 
Such kind of softwares have been available on all platforms and that too since a long time! Most of them (if not all) have one MAJOR drawback! The software is rendered unusable if the thief formats the phone (which any thief with even a slight brain will do) before using another sim on it!
