voice chat through lan

hey guys....
i need a software for voice chatting on lan.
Me and my neighbour are both connected through lan and we require a software so that we could have a voice chat.. can anybody help
 
i used to have borge chat (freeware, pretty good one) and there is addon for it for voice chat also though didnt try it. Check it out.

Other than that dont know whether trillian has voice chat feature in their lan messenger.
 
try outlook messenger. I am using it too. Only downside is it only supports one to one voice chat, no group voice chat is allowed.
