Vsonic GR06- How to procure it?

I began searching for an IEM for a budget of 3k as an upgrade to the soundmagic PL21 that I owned earlier.
I require an IEM to pair with my Cowon J3 player.
After my search, I have zeroed in on GR06. But, there is no authorized dealer in India.
So, I wanted to know which is the best way to get it. Is the IEM worth the trouble?
I found it on the ebay site by Lend me your ears for 63$ with international shipping.

If it is not possible to get that, what are the other options inside my budget?

My preference is for a balances IEM with not much bass. I listen to more of classical, blues and some rock.
BTW, I own a ATH-AD700 and am in love with it :lol: . Incase that helps in recommending IEMs.

Based on reviews, yes! Based on experience, nobody knows (AFAIK). I think there's one owner of GR06 in TE, but he could not get a good fit.
