I want to buy a multi volt or output adjustable adapter or power supply
The main purpose of this item is to work as a standby or checking system for phones, tablets, routers, etc
To check the working of the item...
Please suggest to me the best device.

if you want a power supply for repairs, go forr fluke or wika power supplies which can limit their current incase they have a short circuit. SMPS will not be able to do that and you will keep tripping the internal fuse if it was one.
