Pillion comfort : Honda Unicorn (not the dazzler)higher avg : Pulsar 135 50+ kmplfun to ride : Pulsar 135durability : Unicorn as well as Pulsar 135 (a friend just did Mumbai-leh-Mumbai on P135. no issues)I suggest take a test ride of both bikes with pillion.My choice would be P135Gs150 is too heavy and has longer turning radius.

I own a gs150 and there is no way it or the unicorn are pillion friendly coz of the high seat. fits all your other requirements though. in 150cc i can only think of the yamaha fz series that fits your bill.
