0-20k Want to buy a good psu

I want to buy a good tier PSU (Budget 6-7k). My specs are below
1. Ryzen 3700x (Planning to upgrade to 5800x)
2. RTX 3070 (Planning to upgrade to 6800)
3. 4 case fans
5. 3 SSDs
6. Asrock B450m Pro 4 motherboard
Please advise a 650w PSU based on the fact that I need low power efficiency

I've included 750w units, for a little headroom, even for future upgrades. Both PSUs are tier A/B units.

I have a similar build to yours and i use Cooler Master 750w and it is working fine. I would suggest using 750w for future-proofing your build. The after sales support of cooler master is quite good too so keep that in mind.
