Monitors Want to run external 4k display at 60hz

Hi,
I have a samsung 27-inch 4k monitor which has a HDMI (1.2) and display port (1.3) I think.
I use a HDMI cable and get 4k @ 30hz . I want to use the display port.
But very little laptops have this port.
I'm going to buy the new xps 15 or the latest macbook pro 15 .
XPS still has HDMI 1.2 and no display port , and both XPS and macbook has thunderbolt 3.
How can I get 4k at 60hz from these machines?
Gonna use it for work and no gaming

that will not work it as it need 60 hz display and better get desktop with any graphic card nviida 10xx serial or amd 4xx
