Want Type c port Multiple port Charger Adaptor Connecter which can charge the phone from type c port and simultaneously also run the USB DAC Amp from the phone

I bought a below link one but its not working I don't know why?? May be some settings ned to be changed? I have ZTE Axon 7 mini and MI Max2
