In my personal opinion, unless you have continuously renewed your warranty & the laptop is still under warranty, no one will issue a fresh warranty for a 4 year old laptop
You may however post in the Laptop forum and ask for advice on the options available to you, if any, to get a warranty cover in case I am wrong.

Your best bet will be some dell rep who will renew the warranty without an inspection.
Even then it will cost you 15-20k..
Normal 1yr warranty after 3 yrs costs 10-12k!!
Its basically not worth going for.
