Graphic Cards Warranty on MSI 5770 HAWK?

I've got a 5770 HAWK and its probably failed now, still checking that

Any idea on

a)The warranty period (shop where I bought it is saying its only 1 year warranty, they are checking again)

b)Possible to get warranty without bill? (I have the bill but it doesnt have the serian no. on it)

c)Service center in NOIDA/Nehru place/Any place connected by metro?

Was purchased in June 2010
 
It is common that gpu, mobos,psu, monitors, and hdds(now) and rams like kingston/transcend and even their pen drives have by default min 3 years of warranty irrespective of the bill or the brand.

Dont know about Manli graphic cards, it was a hot discussion topic last yr on TE.

Still doubt if anybody buys them as of today.

Rest simple local items like card readers, dvd writers, mouse, keyboards, batteries, sound/lan/modem/tv-tuner cards, local psu, speakers etc all carry either 6months or an years warranty. It incl. chinese items too.

Some speakers or add-on cards may carry more than a years warranty. And also some keyboards/mouse from logitech/razor/iball/microsoft etc. may carry 2-5 years.

Some laptops offer either 1,2 or 3 years warranty or have warranty extension option.

Only big brands like corsair, gskill and some others have lifetime warranties (bt here in India, 10yrs to be precise).
