Washing machine and Dryer for a bachelor ?

I personally think that Videocon is good brand (if ASS is not problematic in your city/area) in washing machine but due to service issue in my city couple of month back my friend bought Samsung fully automatic top load for 13k & is happy with prior to this his family was using BPL for 10-15 yrs

Sorry didn't see ur post ... it was just some regular model with just one main button.... As I never needed to bother about rest...

Put all ur clothes in with powder and turn it on... it measures the weight of clothes, calculates water and starts the process.... After about 40 mins.... I have my spin dried clothes which I just put out for drying...

Just had to bother about keeping all white together and all colored together as u never know which colored ones might lose color and decorate the whites

How is the quality of the collar of the shirts when washed? Does it take care of the dirt completely? This is the sole reason I rely on a maid instead of a WM. :ashamed:

GO for any top loading fully automatic re. Samsung n LG are good option. Top loading will save you around 3- 5 k easily. And yes you will have to get it installed, as there is a bit of plumbing involved.
