iOS Water damaged iphone data recovery

I have an iphone 6 as well as iphone 8 that had a cracked screen and had accidentally fallen into water. I have not been able to reboot the phone since. Also, unfortunately, i had not turned on backup in icloud. Is there anyway to recover the data?

If you can't reboot or turn on the phone I don't think there is another way, better go to a mobile repairing shop they might be able to help you

Second this. If it is not dried quickly, it will rust, assuming that it is still alive.

Have shown it to 2-3 repair shop, but they haven't been able to revive the phone. Can any one recommend a good repair shop in and around delhi?
