Get Venus, Model which has the element outside and does not heats the water directly, They are only who has the tank heating Geysers.

Hard water would be a problem. You would need to change the element periodically, depends on how hard the water is.

yes i live in apartment... Also i can see a new model in AO Smith HSE-SGS so which will be better SES-HDS or HSE-SGS ?

no i guess as they are vertical shape.. Looks AO smith HSE-SGS is good one for hard water...
only issue is online i cant see it with 25L option only 6L is available , have to check in stores

please post the final purchase and costs, i need to replace a geyser as there is a leak ( water drips ). its a crompton horizontal mount 25l which is 4-5 yrs old.
looking for a decent alternative..
