Using it for more than a year and working perfectly, not sure why it shows that name in crystaldiskinfo
Also ignore the purchase date, no idea when was it initially bought

No bill/box etc. Just the SSD and one week testing warranty

Received the SSD, checked and working as per expectation, got ~3.5 GBps read/write speed on CrystalDiskMark.
