Update : Had Brought 3 x 1TB, One Sold to ani_meher, Second Gone to NeViLLe, Third was Booked but the buyer had Fund Problems hence backed out, so third one up for sale again with same specs, if pics are required then it will be uploaded on request.

New 1TB drives comes with 3 years warranty and they cost ~2.8k in dealers section.

His drive has 4 years warranty left and so 2.65k is a fair price IMO.
