Whats the most secure method of payment here? In the US I used Credit Cards which could revert charges in case of fraud or wrong stuff from merchant.

Go through the section and get yourself familiar. Order through this sellers ebay page if you want full protection. Price will be 6-7% higher though because of ebay fees

EDIT: Btw, the reason why I'm ordering this is because my 1TB 7200.12 Seagate drive has started showing reallocated sectors. The drive is still under warranty, but Seagate's RMA process is so bullshit, that I'd rather just buy a new drive :|

NEVER AGAIN will I buy a Seagate drive again.
 
Still waiting for a confirmation from DVDstoredelhi. I am not able to understand that why suddenly he is selling the HDD at the most expensive price unlike other eBay dealers which use to sell it for a higher price compared to him. dvdstoredelhi's price was always quite lower than any other listing but now its not the case.

Either this is a mistake or maybe something else.. ... Still not able to make my mind to get a HDD right now or not... :(
