From what I understand and the calculation in first post the work is plainly undervalued.

Money/Pay is not calculated with respect to time in case of a salaried job in India. If it was then per hour billing would be way higher. Also writing up articles is a task which cannot be done in 15 minutes every day in 10 days until they consist of just headlines or a paragraph.Normally an intern or a neophyte who takes up this work would get paid around 3-5k/month for the job and bonus if it attracts more hits along with company costs. And as the writer would work from his/her place so there are no logistics costs which makes it a very biased deal in my opinion.

It is just that there is a pool of resource available at the forums who provide advise/help/info.The way to put it so as to save the internet bill is not a criteria to compensate anyone and comes out to be blunt.

This is not for criticizing the requirement but just to put forward a thought,as it is a job in any sense and one should be given a decent remuneration for his/her efforts.

p>S:this not to intented to offend any concerned parties, but it is just an opinion presenting a different perspective

It is always nice to have members who assume a lot, make up their mind and try to present an unsolicited perspective. Always keeps the discussion going on the forums. It gets even better when the member does not read the entire thread. Just to save you the trouble, the requirements had changed and so was the offered remuneration.

Welcome to TE. I am sure you will find yourself useful in the following forum by helping everyone negotiate with their HR departments.
