+1 for Amazon EC2. Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud

Its more expensive than indian providers. But its fairly failsafe and scales easily.

768MB is the real ram, do not look at Burst RAM while buying VPS.further, I doubt your website would need that much traffic require that much RAM. I am guessing that 512MB would be more than enough for you
