how do i put it...its an retail one...since the person through whom i bought it has a good rapport with the dealer he offered to bin a good one for me

*Heavy sigh* Tch.

Regardless, get it checked from Intel's service centre. If they find an issue and/or refuse to help for RMA, contact the retailer. If the retailer refuses (to which I doubt since you say you have a good rapport), let me know.

Well did you get any official invoice from the originating dealer...? If you have that, that it is quite a simple solution. Get the chip checked at an RMA center and carry the invoice with you.

If you face issues contact Sorcerer, he is willing to help. :)

Dude whats the status...
To me it seems like the chip issue....
Not blaming anyone...I just think there is some issue with the chip, if it is giving BSOD code 9C.
As thats most likely low voltage...

What volts did you run at it for the first month, what cooling, what load temps etc...
You could have fried the chip or something, I dont know for sure....maybe the power surge..
you got no UPS, or stabilizer?

^^Your UPS doesn't have a surge Protector in built?

Anyway I hope its been accepted for RMA....sorry to hear that it is fried

...good luck

when i called up they said 15 working days

so that is approx 3 weeks

but maybe that is just an over estimate to make sure even if their is a delay it is within the period

hope u get it sooner :)

keeps dropping a channel, specifically the middle lane. but its not all the time. its very very moody.

but since it might be a ram issue, i am trying it with a diff set of ram for a few days to confirm the issue :)
