i've got a logitech mouse...
bought a couple of months back.. but these days it has started acting weird..
it clicks twice instead of once.. its more like,, wen the button is pressed down ,, it clicks unclicks randomly.. or what ever that means..
basically the button goes on/off wen pressed down,, and pisses me off,, esp wen u need to drag..

i dont seem to find the bill..,, can i still claim warranty?
the shop keeper said tht the warranty is to be claimed frm rptech(when id bought the mouse)

There's no point claiming warranty for it as a new one costs only about Rs 150 . I'd suggest getting a new one.

one thing u can do is to take ur mouse to ur frnds pc and find if it does same there?

if not than problem is wid ur pc(most probably with mobo/bios settings/mouse settings) u can try to put all settings on default and check all the cables at the back of pc to check if they are loose etc.

Remove all drivers you load from Logitech Mouseware Driver CD and use Windows default driver.

HTH

using windows drivers doesnt make a diff..
will try using it on some other pc..
it sounds stupid that a mouse like logitech get screwd so soon...
the cheaper ones work longer....

never use logitech drivers man....they are of no use.... and remember to uncheck the box "Enhanced Pointer Precision" in the mouse properties -> pointer options tab

found the bill!!!
gonna kick some a$$ now!
its not bout the bucks.. but somethin like logitech goin in 4 months is bad!
