weird program on my laptop, a virus ?

No app open yet this weird window has come. is it a virus ? i dnt use any anti virus as it slows down my old netbook. where to check its file location ?

Does it show up in running tasks then you can get the Id of process and switch in task manager and get info about it. If not in running tasks then fishy as code may be executing in background. And can you close it by clicking on X

dnt have anything weird in running tasks so cnt be sure which this is. yes it closed by clicking x but im nt sure im safe.

Taskmanager. Processes. Maximize window. Get a screenshot and post it here.
Install malwarebytes. Run deepscan. Remove threats if any. Uninstall malwarebytes.
Don't click weird ads on the web. I know you like to watch *ahem* a lot.

dunno what it is. i installed malwarebytes and scanned but nothing came in result.

You may need to do a fresh OS install.

because what you are seeing is an application window, you basically need to look under "Applications" tab.
