What a no-show here in BLR :(

Sky was overcast, and could say if you were not aware there was an eclipse you would not have noticed anything different.

The only change we could realise was an obvious increase in darkness for a very short period, but that could very well have been attributed to the monsoon itself..

Exactly, and if you say that for Indore which is supposed to be in the path then i cannot complain here :(
 
Two factors were against us here, monsoons and too damn soon after sunrise.

Totality was only half hour after sunrise, that is no way enough to notice much.

raks rules in Shangai i think will have a better show :)

Yup! Shanghai is like totally dark for ~ 5 mins due to the eclipse!
hope he clicks some pictures! :)
 
The cloudy Wednesday morning did not let me witness the eclipse but this is what it was like at 9:41 AM

Sorry cannot upload on imageshack etc as it is blocked in office. Hence attached :ashamed:

Many expected Taregana(Patna) would have better view,but indeed it was Varanasi which had better view with clear sky.

China experienced better.Iwas able to watch better eclipse pics of China on TV.
