Captain Brian Lara claims West Indies still have a mental edge over India going into the second Test in St Lucia.

India, who lost the one-day series 4-1, overcame a first innings deficit of 130 in Antigua to set West Indies 392 but failed to take the last wicket in time.

"We put our heads in front, and if we had done so in a proper manner would have won that Test," said Lara.

"We have won more matches over the last two to three weeks, so we still have the psychological advantage."

The four match series is still up for grabs, the first test at Antigua was drawn.

Bets would remain open till 19:00 IST.

Well they have been world beaters in the one day game till this series dude..They also have world record chasing spree which will take some beating...
 
^^ Don't compare Tests to one Dayers ! And we all know How well India Plays outside of subcontinent !

Anyways 200 on India's win ! :)

yeah .. i do remember that we had the recordof the chases.. but World BEATERS...?? errr.. either u r on a high or i missed a couple of series..

As far as i rem .. no Aussies in those matches

no , we DID not beat South Africans ..

no new zealand

no zim

no bangladesh

no kenya

and etc etc

We all need to realise.. that our team has this Gr8 capability ..

STOOP TO THE LEVEL OF THE OTHER TEAM AND GIV THEM AN EQUAL CHANCE..

all those record chases were in the sub continent..

and if u r content wid that .. sorry to say my frnd .. u aimin too low in life..

countless tournaments been lost and thrown away ..

we manage to beat Zimbabwe only overseas.. and that was too with mch effort.. no chance to call em world beaters.

Only sellin soft drinks/motorbikes/sports gear.. nope .. we dont want SCH PROFESSIONAL cricketers..

We do not have the no of matche won = no of matches lost

some world beaters..

Y not giv the hype and support to ppl from the fields of chess / shooting / badminton who hv shown more promise if we compare the amount of cash spent for the mediocre fascilities..

with other Teams Like aussies , newzeland , SA .... usually its the other way round ! :)
