Laptops What are the important comparison features in tablets?

Hi guys,

I just wanted to know, which are the important attributes in a tablet that can help me in comparing two tablets with each other.

I have an idea of the look n feel comparison like screen size, thickness, and make. There are a few other things I am aware of - processor speed, OS, camera, RAM.. But, this is a limited info.. I wnt to know more about the technical aspects as well..
 
Thanks.. and yess I am watching closely.. want more data like processor type, HDMI port, chipset, and all..
 
if i were in you place,

I wont buy tablet this yr.

next year,we will be having quadcore tegra tablets and that is first priotrity.many other soc maker will start putting out better chipsets .right now its nvidia dominated space.

secondly developer support.right now polished stuff is ios then android.

maybe windows 8 can change outlook totally.

third and important support in india.after sales service.

almost all tablets are having 1 gb ram except ipad.

display as well,anything less than ips panel,i wont get that for tablet.

battery life.again ios is king of the hill when its bat life.

so its wait and watch for tablets in this second half of yr.
