What are the things that are covered under Dell Complete Cover Accidental Warranty?

Hello Friends,

I want to know What are the things (hardware/laptop components) that are covered under Dell Complete Cover Accidental Warranty?

This also includes Accidents + Normal Damage (Hardware Failure/Damage due to it's life/usage)

Clearances appreciated :)

Complete Cover has everything covered.

Friend broke LCD while drinking. They replaced whole LCD in 3 days, no questions asked.

The CC executive to whom I spoke over the phone about a month back said even if the laptop is run over by a truck, your warranty will be honored. Is that fair enough? :P

Hehe, He was too drunk & threw bottle which missed someone & hit LCD. Morning he relized about his "Missed" target :P & called Dell.

un-intentional damage, liquid spill and other such accidents are covered under CC...
intentional damage, natural disasters, theft, fire etc are not covered..

Also any physical damage to the battery will also not be covered under CC warranty.

complete care does not cover the system's battery at all...infact any extended warranty support or add-on would not cover the battery..
the warranty for battery is 1 year and it cannot be extended, AFAIK...
