If you think the kind of "discount" you're getting is justified over the cost of a new part then go for it.

I mean, it isn't right. There are used market prices for everything that are more or less the norm. Ofc there are times where you get a good deal but those are anomalies. For e.g. ik that a used 3700x sells for around 20-24K
5900x, X570 Gaming Pro and GSkill TridentZ are some stuff which are not exactly a common sight on used market, so kinda difficult to gauge a market value for that.
