boil 2sp oats in 1 cup water for 2 mins. then put 1cup milk, then add bournvita (as many spoons as you wish :) ) then add 1 sp honey.

Thats what I eat.

How about french toast .. its tasty and filling .. Bread + Egg in one ;)

Also I have egg+onion+chilly omlette sandwiched in bread.

The above are quickies .. you can always ask your mom for tips :)

Corn flakes OR Oats + whole milk + 4 boiled eggs + one apple OR fruit juice not containing banana + supradyne multivitamins 1 tablet FTW! (whole strip is Rs. 16, Rs. 35 whole month expenditure on rich multivitamins.

U can have Fruits AND Oats cooked / Muesli with Milk / boiled Sprouts AND 1or2 glass of Milk. This makes sure the my blood sugar doesn't go low, else U would feel low all morning w/o a proper Breakfast. I work and stay in a room, so don't have the comfort of my mother or anyone else cooking for me.

Right now am at home though on a vacation and am enjoying all the good stuff cooked by my mother.

I am a vegetarian, so i try to have these.

When im late for office in the morning, I eat muesli + milk. When I am super late for office, I drink 2 eggs raw with lots of honey and Im good to go :)

Off topic - Does anyone know where can I get Cinnamon Toast Crunch in Pune??

Hmmm... Poha was not listed, so am adding that. There is also bread-poha, where you use cut up pieces of bread instead. In case you cannot have breakfast early at home, eat during the transit, or eat at your desk while working during the first half an hour of the day... but make sure you do have a breakfast (listen to your mom!) because then the hours till lunch will be productive.

Whatever you do, make sure you have heaviest breakfast, moderate lunch and light dinner. Else you are going to end up with a large belly - This is coming from someone who has experienced it.

Thanks to cycle commuting I am back from 84 to 72.

Oats+milk+peanut butter :D Takes around 5 mins or so to prepare and i always make sure i have enough time to enjoy eating before going to office :P

You get lot of veg and chicken salad/sandwich spreads in Supermarkets. I guess they are manufactured by KRAFT and other companies . Try them as well along with different sauces etc. :D You might come up with your own yummy and filling sandwiches.
